Accessibility of Impact Popups and Hints in Blackboard Original Learn vs. Canvas

We have two campuses in the same system, one on Blackboard Learn original and the other considering adopting Canvas as their LMS. We are wondering how accessible Impact popups and hints are for screen readers in each of these two systems.
