Support Contact Options

Blackboard Ultra users can view support contact options assigned to Institutional Hierarchy nodes. To leverage this update, a new System Role must be made and assigned to the user attached to the Impact REST API integration.

 

 

Fixed Bugs

 

  • Language selection applies to campaigns creation modal.
  • Dragging and dropping the Support icon no longer triggers the Support Center to open.
