In this Impact release, Support button visibility in a learning application can be managed in the Impact Dashboard.

In the Impact Dashboard, admins can manage the visibility of the support button in their learning application by opening the Support link and clicking the Access tab.
Admins can choose from the following visibility options: Visible for all users, Hidden for all users, and Custom access.
Custom access allows a customized group of users to view the Support button in the LMS.
