In this Impact release, Support Articles are presented in Support Center format when previewing from Inline Editor. Additionally, Screen Reader and Keyboard-only updates made to the Support Center and Inline Editor for accessibility.

Accessibility

Support Center: Screen Reader Navigation Updates

Screen Reader users can navigate the button settings, icon settings, and behavior settings drop-down menu to show/hide customization options.

Inline Editor: Keyboard and Screen Reader Navigation Updates

In the Inline Editor, alt text has been added to images for accessibility improvements. Screen Reader users can navigate the back/next arrow in Inline Editor and improvements are made to field labels. Keyboard-only users can access the feedback toggle within the Visibility Settings in Inline Editor.

Fixed Bugs

• In the Walkthrough Inline Editor, the step form values added to fields are displayed accurately on placement change.
• When editing a Walkthrough in the Inlined Editor, the desired popup displays appropriately.
• When switching between templates in the Inline Editor, the expected behavior of the Inline Editor continues without delay.
• When opening the Dashboard from the Inline Editor, users are directed to the login page. If the user was previously logged in to the Dashboard, users are directed to the Dashboard.
