In this Impact release, new content is released for Canvas Release Notes, Mastery Connect, and Enhancement Tools. The Visibility Settings dropdown in Inline Editor displays the type of user groups along with a tooltip for further explanation. In Support Insights, the Support Escalation Routes new options display.

In the Inline Editor, the type of user groups is reflected in the Who Should See This dropdown, and a tooltip is presented in further explanation.
Support Insights
Support Escalation Routes
In Support Insights, the Support Escalation Routes new options display. The options are updated after the user will take some actions in the Support Center in the LMS. In the chart, Accessed Email Support (email_accessed), Submitted Email Request (email_submitted), Accessed Phone Support (phone_accessed), Requested Phone Number (phone_submitted), and Accessed Chat Support (chat_accessed or chat_submitted) are split.

- In User Groups, Canvas based role Primary Student is now correctly defined as Student, and Primary Teacher is now correctly defined as Teacher.
- Support Center Custom Support Article icons are visible.
- Out of the Box Walkthroughs are not listed in the Walkthroughs column of the Context Overview table or the Walkthroughs Overview table in the Walkthroughs tab.
- Articles can be searched in the Support Center using keywords.
- In Support Insights, the values in the Support Escalation Routes chart are represented correctly as percentages.
- Adding/deleting/moving categories in the Support Center reflect appropriately.
- In Tool Categories Active Monitors, adding, removing, and overriding tool categories display appropriately.
- In Support Articles, when creating a Support Article. the Section ID is disabled until the path to the article is provided. The user can create and display the imported articles in the Support Categories.
- In Support Articles, users can publish/hide bulk articles.
- The context placement preview in helpitem is displayed over all other elements.
- In Support Articles, users can choose a Section ID with an apostrophe, save the article, and display it in LMS.
- Local Tool Categories section updates when toggled on.
