- Form fields provide a specified element with a for attribute set to the ID of the field it labels.
- Custom controls use aria-labelledby attributes for SR users to describe the control.
- The screen reader does not announce the Submit Feedback element or Send Email element and unnecessary attributes from the input tags are removed.
- Status Messages have a role attribute set and are announced to screen reader users.
- Keyboard-only elements that receive focus are not obscured.

- The screen reader announces buttons with their proper label.
- In the Steps section, the keyboard tab sequence is in sequential order.
