Campaign Description: Hood College used the EesySoft Inline Messaging Tools as the global pandemic forced our institution to move to a fully online and remote way of teaching. The inline messaging tool was essential to Hood as we were able to provide critical information to all Blackboard users in addition to the use of traditional email communications. This allowed us to alert our community of faculty and students about the colleges plans and to keep everyone updated with information in a common and easy to find location.
