Message on the student Bb home page that contains a video that needs to be watched to the end to trigger an acknowledgement checkbox indicating that the student understands and has watched the mandatory Covid-19 guidelines video for being back on campus. This is a special kind of message in that the end user is not able to close the message until they have watched the video and checked the box at the end (i.e. no “Don’t show this again” or X in the top right corner of the message box).

Hi {first name}, Welcome back! To ensure the well-being of all of our students and staff, we have put together the video below with important COVID-19 recommendations. This one-time, mandatory video orientation is 7 minutes long. Please watch the video below in its entirety. You will not be able to access your online classes until you watch the entire video. Once you have completed the video, you will be able to close this window by acknowledging you have viewed it.
