New API endpoint allowing admins to update user-defined fields after registration

Why is it valuable?

Before this update, admins couldn’t update UDFs once a student registered, forcing them to rely on spreadsheets, emails, or external systems. Now, they can update these fields programmatically through our API, saving time, reducing errors, and enabling seamless workflows tied to student progress, certification, and reporting.
