Previously, managing refunds required admins to exit Catalog and navigate the Authorize.net portal what was an inefficient process and prone to errors. By bringing Authorize.net refunds into Catalog, admins can handle learner refund requests faster and with fewer mistakes. This helps them provide a better learner experience while simplifying the tasks of our administrative teams.
