By introducing robust export and import capabilities for individual and multiple rubrics, we aim to simplify the management of rubrics for instructors. This feature will enable easy data transfer and significantly improving the usability and flexibility of rubrics.

By introducing robust export and import capabilities for individual and multiple rubrics, we aim to simplify the management of rubrics for instructors. This feature will enable easy data transfer and significantly improving the usability and flexibility of rubrics.

What's new?

1. Export individual or multiple rubrics in various formats (PDF, CSV, XML) from the rubrics landing page, assignment page, and gradebook.
2. Import rubrics in CSV and XML formats directly from the rubrics landing page (for new rubric creation) and to assignment page.
3. Validate the import process to ensure data integrity and correct rubric mapping.

Why is it valuable?

The value of this enhancement lies in its ability to address key user needs for better rubric management. By enabling the export and import of rubrics in various formats and supporting bulk operations, we reduce the time and effort required by instructors to manage rubrics. This enhancement not only improves the efficiency of grading and feedback processes but also supports competency-based education models, where rubric-based assessments are crucial.
