What's new?

Impact Admins will have the option to select an "acknowledgement' tic box in lieu of the 'do not show again' tic box on Impact messages. Admins will have greater insight into who has clicked the 'acknowledgement' tic box including user information and timestamp to assist with reporting needs.

Why is it valuable?

This functionality was previously only available through custom scripting, and will now be available directly through the Impact UI better meeting admins reporting needs.
