Why is it valuable?

Many students enroll but never start their course. Without timely follow-up, these learners often disengage completely. Until now, admins had no way to automate outreach based on enrollment timing, forcing them to rely on manual emails or external tools. With post-enrollment nudging built into Catalog, they can encourage learners to take the first step without burdening our staff or missing key engagement moments.
