All Canvas Sub-Account Admins will be able to view LTI usage data for their sub-account(s) as part of the new Monitor tab in Canvas Apps.

Why is it valuable?

Sub-Account Admins need/want to see LTI usage data for their sub-accounts, so that they can analyze and make informed decisions under their purview.
