Refund processing has historically been a manual, disjointed experience that required logging into Stripe and reconciling records separately. With this enhancement, we gain a centralized and simplified refund process that reduces workload for our staff, eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth, and enhances the learner experience by making financial interactions faster and more transparent.
