Deploy notes contain code changes that are intended to fix bugs, improve performance, and prepare for new features. These deploys take place monthly.

Unless otherwise stated, all features in this release are available in the Beta and Production environment as of 2025-April.

Summary

The following updates are made to the Large Language Model:

• Caching works as intended when users open dev tools and reload the page to see updates.
• Available Data menu items in the Settings Menu and top navigation bar opens the Available Data modal
• The external link URL within the Available Data modal points to the current developer documentation at developerdocs.instructure.com. 
• Functionality is added to close the navigation menu when opening the modal from the TopNavBar.
• A robust locale fallback system is implemented with the following enhancements:
• Attempts to load the requested locale first
• Falls back to English if the requested locale isn't found
• Updates the application state to indicate when a fallback is used
• Handles scenarios when even the English locale fails to load
• Returns detailed status information, including success status and whether a fallback occurred
• Resolved an issue in Pinboard share that incorrectly displayed 0 admins. This affected users in the Australia, Asia, and Canada regions.
• Pinboards display the correct number of admins. This issue previously affected the Australia, Asia, and Canada regions.

Summary

In Course Readiness, courses with no enrollments are filtered out by default. A checkbox is available in the filter tray, allowing admins to include courses with no enrollments in the filter results.

Change Benefit

This update allows Course Readiness users to focus on courses that have active enrollments, making it easier to analyze and manage relevant data. The added checkbox gives admins the flexibility to view courses without enrollments when needed.
