Summary

The following language model updates are implemented:

• Data Accuracy & Consistency improvements in query responses to ensure more reliable data retrieval
• Updated model state management and prompting strategy
• Increased occurrences of asking the user for clarification when dealing with ambiguity
• Entity-recognition change in user questions (entities are names of database entities, eg. course name, tool name, user name)
• Slightly decreased latency for all questions, further decrease for questions that contain entities
• Improved accuracy and consistency in recognizing entities in questions

New Quizzes submissions are now counted as participations. If the institution or sub-account uses New Quizzes, the Students In Need of Attention report is accurate if student participation is used to determine whether students need attention.
