Chat from Pinned Prompt

Summary
Users can start a new chat in Ask Your Data directly from a pinned prompt on a pinboard This allows users to build upon prior analysis or explore new lines of inquiry starting from the original point of insight. 

Change Benefit
This feature allows pinboards to be more actionable and interactive by enabling contextual follow-up directly from a pin. This streamlined workflow reduces friction, encourages continuous exploration, and supports a more dynamic and collaborative analysis process.
