Summary

The Title IV Financial Aid report is available to streamline compliance reporting for Financial Aid and Canvas Admins, focusing specifically on federal regulations regarding student engagement. The report includes key data points such as the date and type of last participation, last activity, and course scores. Users can also export this information to PDF or CSV for additional processing or reporting.

Change Benefit

This new dashboard quickly enables Intelligent Insights users to:

• Proactively Identify Students: Quickly see which students have not participated in a course within a specified number of days.
• Take Preemptive Action: Identify students with potential Title IV return concerns so your team can notify them about aid jeopardy or administratively drop them before the census date.
• Document Auditable Participation: Capture crucial documentation needed to demonstrate compliance during federal audits.
• Determine Aid Status: Look up individual students or groups to determine last participation or activity dates to calculate any required return of funds tied to unofficial withdrawal.
