Our HS SpEd Teachers want to be able to have observer access to all of the courses on that campus, but not be tied to any students. They just want to be able to view assignments and help with modifications. Is there a way to easily do this? I know I can go into each course and manually add them in as Observers, but surely there is an easier way? There are LOTS of courses.
We have gone through the account level permissions and have created the appropriate permissions for our learning specialists, division heads, and academic deans (academic advisors).
Depending on the role, we give them access to grades, assignments, etc. All of the have the ability to masquerade as a user so that they can do so when meeting with a student.
Here is an outline of the permission and roles we used for our templage - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1M7EDuun-g4i7353rqOs7vRWCnnDoMzzY-BEBXx95l30/edit#gid=0
