Images appear broken in Respondus Lockdown Browser
This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 4/30/24.
Description

When a classic quiz question contains an image and the quiz is migrated into a New Quizzes assessment, the image will appear broken in the Respondus LockDown Browser for the student.

When an image is selected from Course Files or User files, it will not show in a Respondus browser session in New Quizzes
Expected Behavior
Images in NQ should display in the LDB.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: At least one student and one teacher in a published course. The LDB installed.

Create a classic quiz and embed an image into a question

Migrate the quiz into a NQ

As the teacher, navigate to the LDB link in the course navigation, and enable the LDB for the NQ

As the student, take the NQ in the LDB

Note that the image is broken
