Description
When trying to play an audio media file recorded directly on Speedgrader and submitted as a comment, audio control buttons banner (that includes: play button/volume button/settings button,..) doesn’t display for users.
Expected Behavior
Users should be able to use control buttons when playing audio media files submitted as comments.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites: Have course with a few student enrollments and a graded assignment.

As the teacher navigate to the SpeedGrader for this assignment.

Select the media comment option and record a comment with spoken words, with the webcam disabled, i.e: record an audio comment.

Submit the media comment.

Start playing back the comment and notice that the control buttons banner doesn’t load.

After closing the media player window, attempting to press play one more time brings up the controls, but they disappear immediately when you attempt to interact with them.
