Discussion Checkpoint assignments appear to show in the Coming up list for teachers in all courses that they are enrolled in.
Like most assignments in the coming up, discussion checkpoint assignments should show on the dashboard, and within the individual course with the discussion. Rather than having the discussion appear regardless of the course.
No workaround exists at this time.
Create two courses within the same sub-account referenced course A and course B.
Add the same teacher to both courses.
Create a discussion with discussion checkpoints enabled in course A.
Set due dates for the discussion to within 7 days.
Submit to the discussion as a student.
As the teacher check in both courses and coming items for the discussion checkpoint list for course A will appear in course B.
