Description
When trying to download a file from the Docviewer large file pop up window both download buttons do not work. The download original button gives you an error in the console that it is not allowed due to sandboxing. The other download button just says: "type": "error","message": "Authentication failed".
Expected Behavior
Both buttons should work for downloading the file from the large file waring prompt.
Workaround
Download using the Docviewer download option.
Steps to Reproduce

Create a course
-
Upload a large file to the course files
-
Must be previewable by docviewer and over 30MB

Preview the file
-
Try using the two different download buttons on the large file pop up box.
