[OPEN] Download Submissions in user settings results in a page error


Engineers are currently investigating the issue.


When a student attempts downloading their submissions under their user Settings page using the Download submissions button, they are met with a page error.

Expected Behavior

Students should be able to download their submissions.


No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites: Have a student who has file upload submissions in at least one course.

  1. As the student navigate to their user settings page.

  2. Click on Download Submissions.

  3. Observe the page error.
