[OPEN] Duplicating a published New Quiz is not setting the status to unpublished

Description

When duplicating a New Quiz, the copy remains in a published state if the original New Quiz is in a published state.

Expected Behavior

Instead it should duplicate in an unpublished state.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: A course with New Quizzes enabled.

  1. Create a New Quiz and set it to be published.

  2. Select to make a duplicate of the New Quiz.

  3. Notice the copied New Quiz is in a published state.
