Description
Annotations/comments are no longer being rendered through Docviewer like they once were.
Expected Behavior
That they are rendered like previously.
Workaround
The student could annotate their assignment again. This time within the docviewer so that it will show within our system.
Steps to Reproduce

Create Course
-
Create an assignment that allows file uploads
-
View assignment as a student and submit a file that has a comment/annotation
-
View assignment in speedgrader to not see any comment/annotation
