This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 8/28/24.
Description
When adding a future temporary enrollment to a teacher that shares a course with them but with section limitations enabled, it allows them to see all the users from the other section before the enrollment is active.
Expected Behavior
Instead, future temporary enrollments should be restricted
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: Temporary Enrollments enabled, an active course with two sections and a teacher and student in each.

Set both the teachers enrollments to be limited to viewing only their section.

Create a temporary enrollment with one of the teachers covering for the other with a start date set in the future.

Act as the teacher with the temporary enrollment and navigate to the people page.

Notice that you can see the students in the section from the temporary enrollment.
