Description
When using New Quizzes on Firefox, images added through the RCE do not display and instead show the file name, this behaviour only happens when viewing the NQ using the vanity URL.

A cookie setting change to isolate cross-site cookies seems to be responsible.
Expected Behavior
Images should display in NQ when using either the instructure domain or the vanity URL.
Workaround
Toggle the cookie settings in the privacy and security menu to no longer isolate cross-site cookies.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: A Canvas instance that has New Quizzes enabled, a Vanity URL, and the user must be using Fire Fox 127.

In a Canvas course using a vanity URL, create a New Quiz and add an image.

While using FireFox 127 attempt to view the image, notice only the file name displays and not the image.
