Description
With Rubric enhancements enabled when a rubric assessment is made with free form comments and the comments are fairly long the comments get cut off on the submission details page for the student
Expected Behavior
The students should see the entire rubric comments on the submission details page
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Enable rubric enhancements

Create an assignment and attach a rubric setup to use free form comments

As the teacher navigate to speedgrader for the assignment

Leave a long comment on the assessment (more than 200 characters)

As the student navigate to the submission details page

Notice when viewing the rubric the comments are cut off and not
