Description

When searching via the “search entries or author” search bar in a discussion topic, the search bar loses focus after the search completes. The user has to click in the search box again to continue their search phrase.
Expected Behavior

Instead, the form field should keep focus when searching (Just like how it behaves on the discussion index search, and assignment index search).
Workaround
-
Click back in the search bar each time after the search is finished.

Hit tab to navigate back into the search field.
Steps to Reproduce

Create a course with users, and then a discussion within the course.

Add a reply to the discussion.

Use the “Search entries or author” field to search the page for a word used within the discussion reply.

Observe that after entering a few letters that the search field loses focus.
