Description
When playing back an audio comment in SpeedGrader, the playback navigation controls are hidden off-screen when first selected.
Expected Behavior
Playback controls should be visible.
Workaround
If you hit the tab key, it will shift focus to the playback controls.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Course with a teacher and student.

As the teacher, create a published assignment.

In SpeedGrader, record an audio only comment.

Attempt to play back the audio comment posted to the student.

Notice the playback controls are missing.
