Description
When opening the Student Context Card from the gradebook or the people page in instances at the FRA region, it jut flashes for a moment and immediately closes.
Expected Behavior
The Student Context Card should open.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequirement: An published course in a FRA region instance.

Enroll a few students to the course.

Navigate to the gradebook or the people page.

Click on any student name.

Observe that the context card tries opening and immediately closes.
