Description

When students have 50 or more completed To Do items from two weeks in the past or later with dates before any uncompleted To Do items, the To Do list in the Card View dashboard loads then displays ‘Nothing for now’

Expected Behavior

For the To Do list to load correctly.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites: A course with a student enrolled and 49 items which will show in the To Do list with dates in the past two weeks (e.g. assignments or announcements). Two assignment in the course with different due date a few days in the future.

  1. As the student complete or dismiss the 49 To Do list items with dates in the past two weeks.

  2. As the student go to the Dashboard and note that only the future assignment with the sooner due date shows, then complete that assignment.

  3. Note that the assignment which has not yet been completed does not show in the To Do list.

  4. Change the due date on the submitted assignment so that it is after the unsubmitted assignment and note that the unsubmitted assignment now shows in the To Do list on the dashboard.
