Description
When using the free draw annotation tool in SpeedGrader with a stylus on a browser, the drawing doesn't recognize continual drawing.
Expected Behavior
Instead it should allow continuous drawing.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Non-Windows device with a stylus, published course with student and teacher.

Create a file upload assignment and submit to it as the student with a file that can be annotated.

As the teacher, use a device with a stylus and enter SpeedGrader.

Attempt to use the Free Draw Annotation with a stylus.

Notice that it doesn't continuously track the drawing, but putting a dot, then double tapping on the dot allows the drawing to kinda work.
