Description
When modifying the Student Groups filter in the Gradebook, if you deselect a group that is lower on the list while there is a group higher on the list selected, it will deselect the group higher up rather than the one you are select.
Expected Behavior
When you click to deselect a group, it should deselect the group that you are clicking on.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

In a course, create a group set of two or more groups.

Go open the Gradebook.

Click "Apply Filters" and select student groups and select a few of the groups to filter by.

After that has been applied, click to modify the student groups filter by clicking the arrow next to the "student groups" button.

Deselect one of the lower groups on the list and note that rather than deselecting that group you clicked on, it deselected one of the groups that is higher up on the list.
