[OPEN][iOS] Student | Users logged in on root account in a Consortia are unable to see the content of the Front Page when it is set as home page in a course

Users who are logged in under the root account in a Consortia environment are unable to see the content of the Front Page when set as the Home page in a course; it displays as blank.
Expected Behavior

Users logged in at the root account in a consortia should be able to see the Front Page
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Create a Canvas course in a Consortia with at least one student

Create a page in the course and set that page as the Front Page

Save and publish the page and set the front page for the course

Log in as the student on the mobile app in the root Instance (apac-consortia)

Navigate to the course and see that the page does not show the homepage
