Regrading FITB questions in New Quizzes does not allow modifications to answer settings

This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 7/11/22.

 
Description

 

When attempting to regrade Fill in the Blank question types in New Quizzes submissions, you are unable to change to any of the selectable choices or Text Match selection.

 

Expected Behavior

 

Users should be able to use the full functionality of the regrade feature on FITB questions.

 

Workaround


No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

 

Pre-req: Have a course with a student enrolled, a New Quizzes assignment with a FITB question.

  1. As the student, take the quiz.

  2. In Teacher/Admin view, go to Moderate or the Speedgrader and access the student's submission.

  3. Regrade the FITB question.

  4. Try changing the possible choice to a different choice or change the Text Match option.

  5. Observe that the options are not selected.
