This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 3/13/24.
Description
When submitting a website URL for an assignment, the preview of the website as it appeared at the time of submission is not consistently displayed in Speedgrader. Our guides state that this is the expected behavior:
"SpeedGrader displays a screenshot of the website at the time of submission."
Expected Behavior
Speedgrader should display a preview of the website associated with the provided URL.
Workaround
They can either open the link in a new tab or click the link directly to have a preview generate.
Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: You will need a course with an assignment set to 'online upload' and 'website url' as the type. (Test student has worked for replication)

As a student user, navigate to the assignment, submit a URL for a public website/document.

As a admin/teacher role, navigate to speedgrader for this assignment.

There is a slim (very slim) chance that the preview will show the first submission, however it is not consistently working across every submission.
