Description
Some Pageview Events have a null timezone corrected event time
Leading to undercounts in pageview counts
Expected Behavior
All page views have a time/date associated and show up under the correct time/date in Course Analytics and Admin AnalyticsWorkaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Join existing records with accounts to add timezone
Update event_date_tz with timezone date
Trigger downstream aggregations
