This behavior has been declined as it must be resolved by a third-party vendor.
When embedding a YouTube video with dual audio tracks (e.g. Spanish original + English dubbed) into Canvas Studio, Studio automatically plays the English dubbed track with no option to switch back to Spanish.
Instead it should preserve the original language track (Spanish in this case), or provide an option for the user to select their preferred audio track (e.g., Spanish or English).
No workaround exists at this time.
Copy the YouTube share link
Go to Canvas Studio.
Click the Create button → from the menu, select Add Media.
Under the YouTube option, paste the YouTube link and click Add Video.
Now play the video from Canvas Studio. Observe that the audio defaults to the English dubbed track, with no option to switch back to Spanish.
