Description
Unable to resize the SpeedGrader Sidebar via touchscreen
Expected Behavior
Instead, you should be able to tap and drag to resize the sidebar.
Workaround
Use a mouse to click and drag.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: A course with a student, and a device with a touchscreen.

Create an assignment.

Navigate to SpeedGrader on the device with a touchscreen.

Try to tap and drag to resize the sidebar; notice that it doesn't do anything.
