This page provides visibility into the top issues Instructure is actively investigating, using technical language used by Engineering and Support teams. For additional assistance or help with workarounds, contact our Support team.
Use the filters to sort by product, feature, status, or most recently modified articles. Each article reflects a known issue and its current status:
Open: Engineers are currently investigating the issue.
Completed: Engineering has resolved the issue.
Pending: A solution is being tested in a beta environment.
Declined: A known issue was declined for a reason, check the known issue for further information.
If you are experiencing behavior described in a Completed known issue, please submit a ticket to Instructure Support using your institution's escalation process. This allows our Support team to adequately gauge the overall customer impact and prioritize appropriately.
