The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

On the provider application, I search for a digital tool and it is claimed but it does not add the tool to the application list at the bottom. I have to add a POC for it to add to the list of applicants. What is the "add product invitation" date for? Why am I inviting to a product? What should the date be? Is that a due date? Is that a date I want it to send? Down below it is called an expiration date. The most recent video on the guides does not look like this page so there are no new directions.

On the guides in the community there isn't a guide for the person creating the provider application. There is one for the applicant though.
