Prior to his work at Instructure, Rory spent 21 years in public education as a superintendent, director of CIA, district testing coordinator, principal, and teacher. Rory has a M.S., Organizational Leadership - Leading Innovation, University of Colorado, and an Ed.M., Educational Leadership, Teachers College, Columbia University. Rory lives in Maine, ten minutes from the beach and one hour from the mountains, and loves to hang with his family, play golf, ski, cook, and listen to new music!
