Adding students to a tracker using Import from SIS

We have teachers at a specific school who are setting up their trackers for the new school year. When they try to add students, the option to Import students from SIS is not available. This option is available at the other schools in our division. What could be the issue? Any suggestions?

I would check with your department that to see what is synchronizing with SIS. Your problem sounds like there is a school is either not being shared or MC doesn't have a school mapped to accept it.

The Import students from SIS is only available when the SIS has shared sections that can be tied to your teacher accounts.
