Does Mastery Connect store IP or other information?

I have a student that we believed accessed the test from their phone instead of going through the laptop and being placed into the lockdown browser.  The teacher came to me with this concern and I have not been able to see anything on my end that shows an IP or even the OS a student was logged in.  Is this data available?

Information, including personal information, from and about your device, such as: Browser type, settings, and preferences Operating system Location information (e.g., Country or state) Persistent identifiers Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session) Domain name Unique device identifiers

When you use our Products on a device, like most Internet services, we automatically gather and store device information each time you use our Products.

I would recommend reaching out to your CSM to see if that information could be shared if there is a question about access.
