Is it possible to make a percentage translation to a 4 point scale? 93%=4

Mastery Connect will make a score translation to color, but won't translate to a percentage score to 4 point scale. For example, now MC will make a color translation. 93%=blue. Could MC make a score translation to a 4-point scale? 93%=4? If a student scores a 94% on an assessment, then a score of 4 will be placed in the Canvas grade book instead of the percentage. This would save the teacher a lot of time by having MC make the translation instead of the teacher seeing the score of 94% and then manually putting a score of 4 in the grade book.
