I can not add items to the item bank. I have tried multiple times over the last 3 days. I have googled directions and put in the title, standard, type of question, etc. However, when I click "continue" to actually create the question, the screen is blank. It will have the title at the top and the options on the bottom to publish or save as draft but ----- there is nothing else there. I have attached a picture of what I see.
It is quite frustrating. I have created many items before. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
