Paid test bank not showing up in our account

At the elementary school, we pay for a math curriculum from Hampton City Public Schools. Part of what we pay for is their assessments, which are very SOL aligned and provide great practice. The curriculum is all in the Google World. We have been told that when you click on a link in the Curriculum Google Doc for a MC assessment, it should take you directly to MC to deliver the assessment.  When we do this, MC is telling us that we do not have access to the assessment.

 

Hampton City's rep told me to reach out directly to Mastery Connect to see what they could do on their end to make the sync work so we can deliver the assessments directly on the MC platform.
